Andrew and Ginny have been teaching FaCT Certification Courses for over 5 years. Both are keen instructors with a passion for supporting both coaches and athletes in their personal development. As a medical physician, Andrew brings a deep understanding of the physiology behind health and well-being, as well as an evidence-based approach to his teaching methods. Ginny's experience as an elite age-group athlete has helped her to solidify her understanding of physiology taught to her during her degree in Physical and Health Education at Queen's University.
