Congratulations to our new Level I FaCT Certified individuals. Each completed the requirements of the Introduction to Lactate Testing Course offered at our new home base in Kelowna. There was a broad range of coaches from different backgrounds, and each brought their own ideas which made for very lively discussions and tests through the week-end.
